My experience was beyond amazing. I was fortunate enough to have a promotional offer and with that was able to receive a discount. What a great way to introduce new clients! But after that experience I couldn’t be happier. My mother and I both went together. My mom was a tiny bit nervous and wanted to go in the treatment room together. And both the owner /front desk and Monika were absolute dolls!! They didn’t hesitate to accommodate. We literally didn’t even sit down upon walking in (probably helps to have a forms filled out prior to arrival). And that was incredibly easy as they came through a text after scheduling an appointment. The forms were detailed and imo that’s a great sign. We went back in the treatment rooms after I spoke to the woman who greeted us and checked us in (I don’t want to get her name wrong but it rhymes with Monika) then in the treatment room Monika was informative, professional, patient, EXPLAINED EVERYTHING from the problem areas that are MY areas of concern (forehead) to why those muscles are creating the lines. She has passion and that makes a world of difference in the experience for us (me and you the reader/client ) and the results! The world is missing exactly what Muse Med Spa has, passion. You’re not haggled or harassed into upsells, crazy sales gimmicks, or anything else. Most ppl reading this have had the experience of feeling like a number in any salon/spa or establishment that provides services. They DID NOT DO THAT AT ALL. Monika not only was absolutely ADORABLE and EDUCATED. But she made recommendations and suggestions only AFTER LISTENING to us first. The botox injections I received were not painful. A bit Uncomfortable but only up near the hairline where skin is THIN. But I’ll definitely be back! Even just compared to the painful injections I've had in the past that produced little results.
One more thing worth noting, the front desk woman WAS THE OWNER. I never knew it until I asked Monika if it was her spa/salon while getting serviced. But what humility to the owner! I want to say her name is Alonica or Elonica. I'm so sorry if that’s wrong. But she is beautiful, young (no really it’s not injections), HUMBLE and admirable! What a beacon of hope! And she isn’t “too good” to get her hands dirty. I love the fact that she’s front and center in the daily functions of her business! Beautiful inside and out!
